The organization needs to process data to enter into a client contract with you and to meet its obligations under your client contract.

All data collected by Rocket Architects LLP will be held securely. Electronic files will only be accessed by employees of Rocket Architects LLP.

Electronic data is also protected by anti-virus protection software. Hardcopy information will be held in our office filing system.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
Normally, completed contracts will be retained for a maximum of seven years, after which time they will be destroyed, but where any contract is executed as a Deed, information will be retained for a maximum of thirteen years.
